Having worked in high stress, high performance environments for years, I bring lived experience of what it’s like to be in these situations, without the tools to manage stress and ultimately succeed. I know what it’s like to struggle.

My Burnout and Anxiety story :

It took me a long time, 34 years in fact, to begin to understand that I didn’t have an emotionally safe childhood…..

I didn’t have the opportunity to form a robust and resilient nervous system, and I wasn’t afforded many of the emotional tools that some are taught growing up. I didn’t know how to set boundaries.

Why does this matter? It matters a lot.

It is, in my opinion, the root cause of my burnout, breakdown & mental/physical health issues. I see them as all intertwined, as we cannot and should not separate the mind from the body.

In my former career, I was drawn to high growth start ups as, of course, Trauma attracts Trauma. I knew nothing else. It felt familiar, albeit it was literally killing me.. Learn more here

    I believe that change is possible! Anyone can heal given the right circumstances and help. Over time….

    I have lived experience of both recovering from Anxiety and Burnout, which led to huge personal transformational growth.

    This is why I offer an introductory 90 min session followed by either 6 or 12 week packages thereafter.

    It takes time and commitment to truly change our patterns and behaviours, whilst allowing our mind and body to repair.

    Our Nervous System needs new evidence of feeling safe again.

    This is why I focus on multi-session packages.

    I know what it takes to commit to and make the changes needed to let go of and heal past trauma, sink into your body, repair the nervous system and live a brighter life.

    The results can be life changing. I’m here for all of it.

  • Me & Stu connected like most do regarding Mental Health, randomly via Instagram but at the most necessary time, as if the universe just knows. I I’d never thought of the effectiveness of a mental health coach, I always assumed I knew how to fight my way out of those battles. I was wrong. Stu took me back to the basics, not just in recovery, but to understand why this has been happening and how do we prevent that going forward. We spoke about triggers, self-awareness and the future. He has taught me varying types of breathwork for differing emotions rather than feeling stuck on the ones that don’t give relief. He taught me Eastern Philosophies and how to incorporate those into your life’s meaning and how to view yourself and your future. There is one word in a nutshell for what he gave me. Hope! This is where my hope stems from. From realising I can take this, handle this and use this to my advantage. My ANXIETY is no longer my weakness, it’s my INDICATOR just like a car, which even if flashing to take a turn we’re not sure of, I still have control over it. It goes without saying that I owe my transformation to Stu. It simply wouldn’t be possible without you mate.
